Absolutely NO weapons, drugs, or outside beverages. If you are seen using drugs or alcohol before entering the venue, you will be denied entry. Using drugs inside the venue is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal. Any observation of illicit activity will result in immediate denial of entry.
Hours of Operation
Enclave is open every Friday & Saturday night from 10pm-2am. Sunday thru Thursday are event dependent. Office hours are Tuesday thru Friday, 10am-4pm.

Refunds
Deposits for venue rentals / VIP Reservations are non-refundable. All tickets and/or cover charges are final sale and may not be exchanged or refunded. However, if an event gets cancelled and the date does not get rescheduled, you are certainly entitled to a full refund. In this case, we ask that you reach out to the ticket provider from whom you purchased your tickets. By purchasing tickets to an event, you are agreeing to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the date and time of the event.

• Respect others: All Visitors must respect each other's personal space, beliefs, and opinions. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Be Responsible with Alcohol: If you plan to drink alcohol, do so responsibly and never drink to the point of becoming a danger to yourself or others.
• No Violence: Physical violence, including but not limited to fighting, will not be tolerated. If violence occurs, the authorities will be called, and those involved will be held responsible for their actions and ejected permanently from all South Side member establishments.
• If you are ejected from this establishment for any reason your name will be placed on a Do Not Serve list and you will not be admitted to other member establishments.
• Respect Property: All patrons are expected to treat this place and its property with respect. This includes not damaging furniture, fixtures, or equipment, and properly disposing of trash.
• No Illegal Substances: The use, sale, or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
• Dress Appropriately: Please dress appropriately for the occasion and follow the dress code, if there is one.
• No Disorderly Conduct: Disorderly conduct, including but not limited to shouting, loud or disruptive behavior, and public indecency, is prohibited.
• No Overcrowding: Please help to maintain a comfortable environment by not overcrowding the bar or blocking exits.
• Follow the Law: All patrons must abide by all local, state, and federal laws while in any South Side establishments.
• Respect the Staff: All staff, including bartenders, servers, security, and management, must be treated with respect and kindness. Any form of aggression or disrespect will not be tolerated.By adhering to this code of conduct, patrons can help to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone. The management reserves the right to remove any patron who violates this code of conduct.
